Description

I feel Kesler is pretty much done for next season. At this point in his career this shouldn't of even been a question and he needs to rehab his hip before he has some serious problems later in life with it.

With that being said, you have to bring up the kids. Steel and Terry both should make this roster out of camp and show us what they can do. If they both do make the team, RC should put Raks with Steel and see what they can get going. I think you re-unite Eaves with Getzy and start Perry on that line and go from their. Raks-Steel-Kase will be a quick and fun line to watch. You put Henrique on a line with Cogs and Silfvy or put Terry on that line and see what they can do. I feel Henrique is going to play well wherever he is slotted. The 4th line might need to be cleaned up a bit but this is just what the team could look like if BM doesn't make any trades in the offseason and re-signs players and put Kesler on LTIR.

As much as I hope steel makes the team he isn’t going to be the second line center if kes is out. I see RC making raks play center before that happens. Also some thing needs to be done about that 3rd pairing d line. They would get eaten up against top line forwards

I have a hard time seeing both terry and steel make the team outta camp cuz I don’t think either will be thrown into the middle right away. Maybe later in the season but only out of necessity. The draft will be interesting as the ducks have a couple holes to fill and a LH top 6 fwd should be at the top of the list.

That 3rd line d pairing will probably be different I see Montour playing with Larsson and Fowler playing with Welinski in pre-season. I wouldn't be surprised if BM tries to sign a free agent d-man to help out the d core and ease the young guys in the lineup.
