I didn't even see that Danault was a free agent haha, that pretty much cancels the soderberg trade. I kind of disagree with the "too much talent for the 4th line" thing though. I look at Toronto for example and see that they have players like johnsson and kapanen on the 4th line and how much they dominate, or Vegas rolling 4 lines consistently. You could try trading patches and schlemko for a top 4 dman, but I don't know what gm would be dumb enough to do that (besides chiarelli)
