How the Caps resign Carlson

Description
A case could be made that if you bring back Carlson the remaining money would be better spent on bringing back one of Beagle/DSP than Kempny but I like how Kempny and Carlson played together down the stretch and would like to bring that 2D line back for the Caps.

It does leave the 4th line very thin so I could also very much see a situation where they attempt to move a guy like Orpik to free up some cap space to add or bring back a winger.

I agree. I mentioned in my comments I think moving him in some fashion makes a lot of sense if you bring back Kempny and Carlson
