Newfoundland Growlers: Toronto Maple Leafs (NHL); Toronto Marlies (AHL)
Tulsa Oilers: St. Louis Blues (NHL), San Antonio Rampage (AHL)

Members currently without affiliations after the 2017-2018 season:
Fort Wayne Komets: Arizona Coyotes (NHL), Tuscon Roadrunners (AHL)
Greenville Swamp Rabbits: New York Rangers (NHL); Hartford Wolf Pack (AHL)
Orlando Solar Bears: Toronto Maple Leafs (NHL), Toronto Marlies (AHL)

The Norfolk Admirals will affiliate with the Arizona Coyotes (NHL) and Tuscon Roadrunners (AHL) for the 2018-2019 season.
