Seriously though I don't know how he is still regarded so highly, the game has passed him by but is still riding the success from his time with Marty and the Devils.

trotz is far from the best head coach .......i took him 96 games to start playing vrana in the top 6 and to stop sitting bura for chase.......he also benched holbty for grub and sat dojo to start the playoffs....... consistently used dsp in the top 6 ..... he might be the most overrated nhl related person to hit the market
