i actually like this trade. Not sure on the value of Karlsson anymore though. Word is now he's a cancer without a new deal. Might be some of the cause in all that locker room drama. That might make it harder to move him.

Ya there is something a little more to that story that hasn’t come out it seems like everything hit Hoffman and his fiancé and knowing locker rooms and personalities there is always some grey area never so black and white my other idea was a Anderson deal and a lehner fa signing but wasn’t sure on value and years and value for Anderson it sure seemed like buffalo announcing lehner as a free agent all of a sudden Anderson was getting moved but I imagine chabot is about the only untouchable in Ottawa

Yeah I think the rest of the players in Ottawa kind of got sick of the karlsson drama. Like you are either part of the team or your not type thing. I think it's Karlsson who may have worn thin on people constantly talking trade.
But I'm not in the locker room so I don't know. But this kind of thing doesn't just happen in a bubble. There are some issues there. My guess is that it extends well beyond just the two of them. I'ts just the tip of the iceberg. Then again, maybe they are really great friends and said lets do this bogus crap and both get out of Ottawa
