I can't seem to post a rating of another team in Armchair GM. It used to work, and I see ratings on some teams now, so what am I missing?

Hey BaseballCoach, In order to rate on armchair-GM, you must post a reply in the comments.
We added that to reduce users from posting 1 star without saying why.

There will be 5 stars above the comment and you select however many stars you want to rate it.
