Finally a reason to celebrate in Sens land. I think Chris Wideman is a great player, and with guys who had been higher on Boucher's list prior to Wideman's injury now gone (Phaneuf and Oduya), we might see him take on a larger role. very least, having Wolanin playing with Wideman can only be a good thing

I think think that would be the best case scenario. my perfect top six going into next season would be
De Haan-Karlsson
Chabot-Wideman
Wolanin-Jaros

De haan is the one Free agent they MIGHT have a shot at signing. He's local, and if they can get a deal done with Karlsson, I would expect getting to be Karlsson's D partner would appeal to him
