When I try to add up the #'s myself, I come up $2,550,000 short. This amount is also the same as the CARRYOVER BONUS OVERAGES which I've already included.

I have done the calculations manually and everything adds up accurately. Are you sure you didn't make a mistake?
Carryover bonus overages need to be included in your summation.
