How do you assume you are getting rid of those bad contracts? Also for full relief??

they have 31 mill in cap space, and even if they dont get rid of them, Sutter replaces Madden, Gudd replaces Woo (for a season or two) and Eriksson replaces Lockwood. until vancouver has big contracts to give out, they wont have problems with cap space. that being said, Boeser will get paid more, and some more players might get paid more as well

Then draft Luke a few years later and the era of Hughes is born.

Theirs about 20 mill unaccounted for between Ericsson, Sutter, Gudbranson and what I would assume Boeser gets. So it would be a lot closer to the cap than it appears now. But seems doable depending on what they do need to pay the others

Well, with what I have made, we still have 30 million dollars. I was hoping that some how we would be able to move at least 1 of those contracts. For the purpose of showing off the players we have in the system, I "bought them out".
