Decent, right-handed AHL top-4 dman. Why not just sign him to an AHL-only deal, I don't know, but there are worse AHL dmen.

This probably is an AHL only deal. The 650 just represents if he got called up to the NHL is what he will be making. Hes probably only making 65 thousand
