No way Patches will play for Tort

Maybe trim that Danault deal down? Teams don't offer 7 year contracts in that AAV range.

Also on the BUF trade. The Habs had a deal in place of O'Rielly for one of the NYI 1sts but fell through thanks to the draft players slipping. So why is Montreal now paying a 4th, 5th and the rights to a goalie who they pretty well no longer own.

Why not? Do they have a history? Is Patches that much of a liability. Torts seems to have toned it down and if you work hard you have no issues

My assumption was the BJ 1st would be lower than the Islanders picks. Added some minor picks and a goalie Montreal has no interest in. Sabres could use a decent goalie who maybe can turn it around
