Description

So I know that Tavares is not offically announced anything yet but if he signs on Sunday with the leafs this is what the leafs should do to cleanup the rest of the roster. 1st Trade Gardiner for Myers. Im not a Gardiner hater but we need a better RHD who can play 20+ min a game with size and a better allround dman and Gardiner even if we don't get Tavares is probably not back next season seeing he probably will demand more salary than a 2nd pair should make seeing he is at this point one of the top dman available next off season. Myers looks like a great complement to Reilly and i think they could get him to resign for about the same caphit. The next move is signing Shore and Pirri to a contract seeing on paper they might be solid 4th line/depth players next season and seem to be good scheme fits.

5mil AAV is very light for Nylander. He will be at minimum around 6 mil.

It's only a 3 year deal so at this point in his career for the length of the deal that us his market value and about what he would get

Personally, don't mind any of your moves, but think Dubas in his first year will look more towards his Marlies and within for depth! Probably need to sweeten the deal to move Martin! Ie: Leivo

I could see that too my concern was stunting their development putting them in a luxury box.
