    Ceci would be a huge get for the Laffs but please explain why the Sens would ever make this trade - even if EK stays

    Also TML signed Par Lindholm to be a bottom 6 centerman this year, so adding Shore is unnecessary

    I feel Ottawa won't be willing to give term to Ceci and tbh they've made plenty of questionable moves in the past calendar year so I don't think this is that big a stretch.

    Also, wasn't aware they'd signed someone for that role. Nonetheless, Shore wouldn't be a bad depth option.

    Yeah, totally fair to expect the Sens to completely disregard convention and reason this offseason - if the Hoffman situation is any indication. I like Ceci even with OTT´s organizational depth on the blue line. Johnsson and a 2nd is good value in a vacuum, but is nowhere near as valuable to their team next year to not suck and give COL Jack Hughes.
