Just need one of Jerabek or Franson, since Bowey needs to be on the bottom pairing.

I couldn't decide whether or not Bowey should play as the 6th/7th guy in Washington in a sheltered role or get top pair minutes with the Bears

He is not waiver exempt so they don't really have a choice. He would not make it through waivers.

He cleared waivers near the end of last season. Wouldn't surprise me if he did again.

That said, I'd keep Bowey as 7D and let Jerabek walk.

What? No he didn't. He was waiver exempt all last season. This upcoming season is his first season where he has to go through waivers. There's absolutely no way he'd get through them.
