He played 41 games and got 9 points. I get it, he wanted to have a better opportunity. Every player does, but he did get a chance on the second line with Stastny and Steen at times. he didn't make the most of it, and we have other guys who could come in and do what he did. He looked like a lost giraffe half the time, and he looked decent, not great, at others. I will say, i would have liked to see him get more opportunities on the power play.

Because he didn't look good in those 12 minutes. There were times he looked like he could be decent, other times looked completely lost. i will say i wasn't a fan of his to begin with so maybe this just sent me over edge with him.

The thing with Tage was he wasn’t fully NHL-Ready, but we didn’t have anyone better to fit that spot so I get why he is angered.

If Buffalo is smart they'll stick him in the AHL for another year and let him develop. His skating isn't NHL ready and he's very easily knocked off the puck and his skates.

I do agree with that. He should have spent another year in college, and then one in the AHL. I wasn't a fan of drafting him anyway so it honestly doesn't bother me, but i hate seeing that especially when he was in 41 games and never ran with it. Maybe being with more people at or near his age he'll grow to be more productive.

I wish we would have drafted McLeod over Bokk. But agree. I think Bokk at his ceiling could be Tj Oshie. Don't see him being any greater than that but i'll take it.

He needed a full AHL season in 2017-18 with top line minutes and we couldn't give that to him because of injuries forcing his call-up and no control over the AHL club's roster. He should feel pigeon holed but its not like he was mistreated - it is what it is - mostly out of anybody's control. I agree with him, and think he will have a great career. I think his statement comes off awfully entitled for a guy who cannot legally drink - a bit presumptuous that you will take somebody's job automatically.
