Hmmm, I think this trade for Karlsson might actually work. Dorion is incompetent and the organization might go into a panic if Karlsson refuses the contract extension. Also, do guys like C Cody Glass ( 102 pts 17-18) and D Nicholas Hague (78 pts 17-18) have a chance at making this roster? Also, Suzuki had a good year. Might include one of them instead of one of the picks for Karlsson as well.

I might try a different trade where you could unload more cap. Maybe Brannstrom, Eakin, Merrill, 2019 1st (VGK) and 2019 3rd (highest pick of the three-VGK, NSH or WPG) for Karlsson and 2020 5th.
