great answer, very descriptive and constructive

Pacioretty had more points in less games played and this was an off year, he is older, but by far the better player. id be amazed to see Patrick even get 40 goals in his career. not to mention if the Flyers want to win now, this would be the better situation for them

Are you really trying to talk yourself into the idea that Pacioretty is with Patrick straight up? You Habs fans truly are delusional!

im not a habs fan, i just dont see much in Patrick, he had a bad rookie season, and Paches can guarantee you 30 goals maybe 40 playing with Giroux. it might not be worth it in the future, but for a win now situation its not a bad idea. also the fact that you havent said anything in response to my argument shows that you dont have a response.

Clearly you didn't watch Patrick and only look at the boxscore. There is ZER), and that is understating it, chance that Hextall would view Patches as even close to the same value as Patrick.

Absolutely not trading Patrick for Pacioretty and I don't care what else is in that deal. Patrick is our future 1C. I also wouldn't want to be the team that gives Patches that contract.

Oh wow he played better than a 19 year old in his rookie year coming off major surgery who played fantastic in the 2nd half. You can keep your aging winger.

You're not getting a player of Patrick's caliber in a deal for Patches.

Not really a fan of trading both Frost and Konecny for Karlsson either.

Yh maybe dale weise for Karlsson and stone would make you happy. If you want something good you got to give something good. If you have the guaranty that Karlsson is signing that extension than you don’t mind that trade. But if there is no sign of extension I would agree with you
