Haven't even heard of half these players, so doubt these deals pan. I'm not saying I'm GMJR (I AM NOT HIM) but If I was, I would not do these three deals during the same NHL season.

Do you know that - as per Cap Friendly - the Habs currently have 7 LW's on the roster, including Patches?

Considering their problems at C, the issues on D, the somewhat dramatic drop off in talent at RW after Gallagher, why would they trade their biggest trade chip for a (perfectly loveable and no disrespect is meant to CH) LWer?

              that ottawa trade LOL NIO

every one of these trades is an over payment.
The penguins don't NEED a new LW. A better one would be nice, but they are not desperate. They will not over pay. All off those teams though, are desperate to move their LW. Penguins not going to destroy their plan for a 1 year rental player that will explode their cap after this season. Forget that.

Patches for Hags maybe a mid round pick.
Skinner for Hags and maybe a mid round pick.
Karlsson, only way you trade Karlsson to the Penguins is you take Letang, and Karlsson agrees to a reasonable contract. Penguins can't afford to pay him 11 million a year. So that trade is most likely out.

Lol they aren’t meant for the same season. Just what it would take. If you were smart, you’d realize the same pieces are used in different deals.

Actually it’s Jordy Bellerive whose interesting. Really good center prospect who is 19yo. He’s going to be playing for Canada’s World Junior Team this year. He’s going to be really good, and that’s who I’m trading for Pacioretty. Hagelin is a cap piece.

Well, that makes more sense; thanks for the clarity.

Never know, maybe all three can be done in the same season as long as Hagelin has a twin and the Pens get 2 more first round picks from other sources. Done deal(s)
