I'm very confused about what is even happening. You have a bunch of things that end up back where they started...If I'm reading this right (which I might not be because it isn't super clear), the Rangers are eating Coburn, Cally, Ryan, AND Killorn?? That's over 21 MILLION in salaries this year, and Coburn is the only one that comes of the books after this year. That's WAY too much cap to get dumped. NYR can play garbage man, but we have RFAs to sign too and that's way too much salary to dump on us. And all for Foote and guaranteeing your 1st as opposed to getting it if you win the cup. It's not worth it. Killorn, Cally, and Ryan all have absolutely toxic contracts. We aren't going to eat all that **** for you AND give up Namestnikov. TBL robs everyone with this, dumping 3 bad contracts, getting someone to eat Ryan for them, getting the 2 best players in the whole deal at such little expense.
