Tampa’s players are better then what Toronto is giving up. Sergachev > Gardiner
Johnson < Nylander
Foot >>>>>>>> Holl

Sorry but that’s tampa is better.

Tampa’s is a better trade but I say that because they really only have Chabot as a defensive prospect right now, compared to Logan brown and Tkachuk as forward prospects

Personally, I'd go with the Tampa trade because it is easier to find point producing wingers in this league than stud defensemen and Ottawa's defence would be set for the next 5-10 with the likes of Chabot, Sergachev, Ceci leading the way. Not to mention, the Johnson can be a top 2 centermen and Cal Foote is a highly regarded prospect.

The Toronto one isn't that bad either but just not as much return as the Tampa Bay package.

I disagree, Nylander is better than Johnson.

But it's also not going happen because Tampa can't take on Karlsson and Ryan salary where is Toronto can.

Both trades don't happen. Tampa can't afford EK long term and especially if anchor Ryan is included even a 5m. And certainlyTampa wouldn't do it for a one year rental.
Ditto for the Leafs.
