This was my dream when E. Staal was a Ranger. I would love to hear the announcers saying "Staal to Staal, up the boards to Staal, passes back to the point, Staal a shot, rebound Staal, gooooaaaalll!" Would be awesome lol.

MN says no way. Dumba is gunna cost you at least Necas. We have way too many left shot wingers so Skinner isn't a fit. We could get a much better return for Dumba elsewhere.

Erm.... Dumba isn’t gonna resign in Minnesota in the coming days, so you can keep looking at potential returns.....

Do you have any proof to back that claim up? The only people that know what's going on with Dumba's situation are Fenton and his assistants, Dumba, and Dumba's agent. We have $13M to sign Dumba and Zucker which is plenty, I'd be shocked if Dumba weren't in a Wild sweater next season. The guy played the best hockey I've ever seen last season and we'd be crazy to trade him.

You're right, Dumba wont resign in Minnesota. He will, however, re-sign here.

Look at Minnesota’s cap situation. Look at Dumba’s asking price. Look at Minny’s other RFA’s. Then tell me how he resigns. That’s how I know what’s going on rn

Our beat writer Michael Russo has said time after time that Dumba and Zucker will be $10M together, we have $13M in cap space so tell me how they don't re-sign? Russo has access to their agents and knows what Zucker and Dumba are asking (where are you getting your information about Dumba's asking price?? none of this is public besides what Michael Russo reports), and he has access to all of the Wild's staff and knows what they will be asking. Personally, I think both will come in at $11M, but again I don't talk with the Wild staff or Dumba and Zucker's agents. That's how I know you don't know what's going on rn.

Our only RFA's are Dumba and Zucker BTW

Straight from Russo:
"At this point, just an FYI, regarding Zucker and Dumba, my guess is Dumba will be an easier negotiation than Zucker with both eventually coming in at just over $10 million combined."
