I'm not as high on Stone (no pun intended) as you are. Then again, he's been on a terrible team so maybe he would be successful in Philly. Definitely would love Dumba though. I think Hexy needs to start thinking about who we will lose in expansion in a few years. Instead of giving them away for nothing, try trading/getting something back for them.

I like Stone because he is a consistent scorer who should see an uptick in production playing with good players and he is really solid defensively. As for what is going to happen with expansion, I am relegated to the fact that we are going to lose someone good but that is because our roster is going to be so good. It could be Lindblom.

Sadly there's no way outside of injury that MacDonald comes out of the lineup. The coaching staff, for whatever reason, just values him too much. The Dumba deal is probably a little too rich for me. I think you could get away with Gudas Simmonds and a 2nd that becomes a 1st if he re-signs with the Wild.

I love Stone, probably the most underrated winger in the league right now. Posts great underlying numbers to go along with his solid point production. He's basically a right wing version of Couturier but he never gets brought up for the Selke because he isn't a center. Kinda how Hossa always got passed over when he was in his prime. I just have a feeling Sanheim is gonna be something special so I'm reluctant to include him any trade unless it's just too good of an offer to pass up. With Ottawa's front office being so poorly run who knows, you could probably replace Sanheim with someone like Friedman or Morin and they might take it if you change out the 3rd for a 2nd or something along those lines.

It might be a light overpay for Dumba but getting him solidifies our right side for the future. Our top 4 here will be unbelievable! As for Sanheim, I think he will be good as well but in this scenario he just isn't needed. Or we trade Ghost to OTT and take out a bunch in the above trade. I know OTT is an awful organization but they want Sanheim. They wanted Sanheim in a deal for Hoffman at the TDL so they would for sure want him in a deal for Stone.
