I will not stand for this disrespect of Ryan Pulock.

32 points in 68 games as a defenseman. +4.2 Corsi Rel. 37th overall (leading the Islanders) in GAR among D. All this achieved in 2nd/3rd pairing minutes in slightly defensive usage. Lock him up long term and put him on your top pairing. He's NYI's best defenseman.

Beyond that, let's stop pretending MDC has value, yeah? He's 22 years old and last year in the AHL he had 0.4 ppg. No value. CGY isn't gonna give up 1/3rd of an excellent second line and half of their current top pairing for a backup, a decent prospect and a 4C. They aren't that desperate to dump Brouwer.

Pretty good, I think Fillpula has a NTC but who knows. Trade kind of makes sense.
