i dont think ottawa will accept a 4th rounder for mark stone lmao

Ummm... look again dude. That's CGY shipping Michael Stone to OTT for a 4th rounder. Fair value IMHO.

About right IMO! Andersson plays RD, Kulak LD. And I think (read hope) that Mangiapane (or Foo if he deserves, with Dube getting an outside chance to crack this roster), Ryan, and Czarnik interchange with Bennett, Jankowski, Frolik as an equal playing bottom 6, with whomever is playing better getting a few extra shifts depending on the game... love our new bottom 6. While Brouwer and Hathaway are pressbox relegated. I also hope Gillies outplays Ridditch for the back up spot, I think he has more upside, and will improve more by practicing with the Flames at this point and feeling more comfortable in the NHL.

I would be happier if we could find a buyer for Brouwer with salary retained, while also signing Hanifin to a 6 year deal at up to $5 per. If he reaches his perceived potential, he could be outrageously expensive to resign in 3 years.

True regarding Hanifin, however if he signs for 3 years he's still under team control. So as expensive as he might be the team would still have some leverage on him.

They said that they're going to try and slot Lindholm on the top line with Monahan and Gaudreau.

Lindholm has the opportunity to be either the best contract in the league or just another significantly overpaid 3rd liner. We'll see this year.

That being said, love the signings.
