Wennberg is a decent two way Center(plus 22 goal diff) and Savard will be a great 3RD.

Wennberg also only makes 4.9Mill

In my opinion, probably not. CBJ is very high on Wennberg, he is much younger than Perreault, and the Jackets are fairly set with a solid but young D corp.
CBJ is looking for more scoring punch from a playmaking winger and still more depth/strength at center.

no cbj would not, but they should consider it. they are very high on wennberg, but idk if he will ever be more than he is now, and savard will be declining in coming years.

Easy No. Trouba has clearly proven difficult to deal with (contract wise) and CBJ don’t need that much more tied up with a #2RHD. Also wennberg > Perreault

There will have to be an extension in place for this trade to happen.

Also, Trouba is way better than Savard so thats why both players are in the trade together.

Agreed that he is better, but it’s not worth paying his big salary for CBJ
