    ++

    And that goalie tandem is extremely too inexperimented! You do realise this isn't the affliate team, here, but the NHL one? C.Hart will surely be a very good NHL goaltender in 4 to 5 years, but to have THAT tandem as early as NEXT YEAR?? They'd be litterally insane to do that.

    Yeah, play Hart as backup next year and have a vet for him in front next year.

    What would you want for Sanheim, reality is there's no room on the roster for him and he hasn't been overly impressive since being drafted

    He had a solid rookie season and he is an important part of our future. Would not trade him.

    No room? He is going to be in our top-4 for the next couple of years to come, most likely paired with Philippe Myers. He has been impressive thus far, just hasn't really been given a role to shine. Once he's given the playing time, the results with come.

    Flyers will not trade Sanheim, Defenseman are often later bloomers than forwards, and he is still pretty young and has shown to be competitive for minutes. I think most NHL teams would have played him all season last season instead of sending him to the minors as soon as he struggled. Also, no one knows how Morin is going to heal, and that will take probably two years to be fully healed from knee injuries. I think Sanheim stays with the team beacause you can eat half of Macdonald’s contract and send a mid round pick to another team to get out of it at this point, and Sanheim is much better 3rd line defender than Macdonald. Additionally Myers and ghost would switch sides if paired, it would let them drive the offense easier, and be better for one timers from the point.

    According to Hextall Sanheim has improved every single year he has been a part of this franchise. He reached for Sanheim for a reason. His floor is a top 4 d man.
