I think you have the right facus about the long term anchoring of the D as vlasic, Burns, and Braun age. They could use a bona-fide top 4, two-way threat. Dillon is clearly unlikely to amount to that kind of player, so he is expendable.

I think your prices for a few are too low. Pavs will only get 6M if he gets big term (4-5 years). He is worth 7-8M right now, so any 2 year deal would have to be in that range. Meier may be more than 3M, particualrly if he has a solid year. He's young, but I would expect closer to 4M, especially if a 3 year term. At 1 or 2 years, you might get 3M per, but even still. The rest of the signings are possible, even if Donkey might be a bit on the lower end.

However, even if Joakim ryan has a great season, I dont think a 2nd rounder and gambrell is enough to upgrade him into Trouba. Trouba is a #1 Defensemen who will be just 25 years old. Ryan, no matter how good he is, has shown no #1 potential. Top 4? maybe. Steady two-way presence alongside Burns? Possibly. But he is not going scare opposing teams, dominate physically, or be the base of a defense the way Trouba can. The injury risk with Trouba lowers his value for sure, but I think the Jets would want someone a bit better than Joakim Ryan as the main player in the trade. Add in a Labanc and the Jets might bite.
