Where did I say that? See my point proven, you're a troll and a child. Kyrou and a 1st would get it done if Leafs were to sell him off. Not a 3 overall pick. I can't believe capfriendly lets you post. You have 0 hockey IQ.

Before you say not a chance, look at the Brassard return, or the Rick Nash return, Mcdonagh etc.

Gardiner's 55.65 GF% last year (with 47.78 OZS%) and 59.17 GF% the year before indicate that he isn't a terrible defender. What are you basing this on?

Gardiner was 4th in the league in 5v5 scoring in 2017-18. Why all the hate?

(I'm not saying he's worth Parayko, just wondering why ppl hate him and think he has no value.)

I am not a huge gardiner fan but he's actually really good. A causal fan would not see it but he is one of the best dmen I'm the league at cutting down speed in the neutral zone. Impossible to notice on TV but it's his skill. Deep in the zone he is way too weak that's his issue but for 4.15 he is a steal
Oh and also I have no idea why you think I am suggesting this trade. I just said no to JB straight up

Gardiner isn't the top D man on almost every team in the league. He isn't even in the top 2 pairings on some teams. He would be the best defenceman in Vancouver or maybe Montreal and Detroit but that's about it, and those defenses are terrible. Rielly isn't even the top d guy on a lot of teams and he's way better than Gardiner. Lets all take a deep breath and be rational and reasonable.

I think being triggered would be going out of my way to post an equally absurd trade scenario because other people’s trade scenarios upsets me. That’s more than triggered. Me pointing out how stupid his attempt to educate people is anything but triggered. I’m in total agreement that there have been some crazy scenarios proposed, but it doesn’t trigger me enough to do this.

Petry and Gardiner are similar players, I'd say they are on par with each. Tanev is a different player, I think he's a better player than Gardiner yes but if they both played a full year in Vancouver, Gardiner would score double the points and have a much bigger impact than Tanev.
