Is the first round pick supposed to be Nill having fond memories of his time in Detroit?

Personally wouldn't want to give up a first and retain that much on Spezza but value doesn't seem too far off IMO. The only problem is this leaves Dallas with 8D and no 2C... yes Spezza is our 2C

That makes it worse. You want Dallas to take on Nielsen’s contract, retain a large chunk of Spezza’s, AND give you Honka and a 1st?
