My god Dan Girardi is awful. Why?

Kempe will get 3.5M at least unless this season goes horrible for him. The Blue line is too weak, you have 2 rookies and one of them is expected to start the season in Ontario. Lewis plays on the wing. I don't think Amadio would be ready for 4C by 2019-20 season, but who knows. Thompson is a great 4C, great on faceoffs. I would resign him 2-3 more years.

On Kempe, perhaps. He'll have to put up 20+ goals (like T. Pearson had to). If he develops into a solid center, sure, but not just as a winger. I might bring back Thompson, but for less. True, defense depth is lacking, but that's the trade for kick ass forwards.
