This is...... interesting. But I'd have to agree with the above comment, although I think Maata and Brassard would get you Teravainen value wise, just not what the Canes are looking for

Not that 2 wrongs equal a right, but Carolina only got Cliff Pu, a 2nd round pick in 2019 and a 3rd and 6th in 2020 for Jeff Skinner. There salary cap is so low, they should have taken at least one solid player in return. The Penguins have to give salary away in any trade they make.
