Holy christ this is horrendous. That doesn't get you Faulk, Nash, and Arizona would laugh in Edmonton's face if they offered that package. Wow

to be fair not very many teams will answer the phone with Nash at 7.8 mil plus bonus's after a 36 point season and serious risk of decline. I don't agree with these move but Nuge has considerable value.

I actually think NYR should be happy with this. Nash is the 10th highest cap hit among forwards and an average of the writers put him @ mid twenties to mid thirties in ability...which was before this year. He's not getting any better and he still has a 10 top contract as a forward in the NHL. Think of what you can do with an extra $7.8M?!?!?! Stamkos becomes a serious option!!!

Actually the Nash deal isn't bad for the Rangers to free up cap space. Not sure why Edmonton would do it, and sure that NTC Nash would leave NY. Carolina needs a centre buy giving up Faulk be too much.
That's an overpay for Harmonic...a 7th overall pick and Eberle?
Whoever gets the # 1 pick is going to a call from Arizona. Think your trade is too much for the Yotes to give up. The suggestion of Strome and the 7th pick (if that where Yotes) might be the offer. Would the lottery winner take that pick..Might have to wait to June to find out. Let's say Arizona moves up to 2 or 3 pick. Then it's probably Strome and a Finn. That seems easier to deal with if you're the lottery winner.
