Damn that's an interesting offer... I'm having a hard time saying no to that.

The interressing fact is mtl who get a french center and a promising left d

Plus Toronto get a good rhd that play top 4 and a 20 goals scorer that can play top 6

Timing is everything. Unless Weber is going to be back in early November, the Habs can't go that long without a bonafide RHD. Juulsen will be good, but he's not there yet.

That's a pretty sold deal with the Leafs.

    I meant the Leafs offer.

Nylander is and will be better then Silferberg but Montour makes up for the difference imo. Only thing I'd include in that is a 5x5 extension on Silferberg. Or something like that. Maybe a mid round pick?

Habs are not going to start the season in tanking mode. If Price has a great start to the season, Pacioretty comes out of the gate hard (contract year, you know) and Byron and Weber get back within the first 20 games, the Habs will compete for a playoff spot. I know that's not what people like to hear but the organization is not about to start out with a plan to lose.

I would send Kadri, Nielsen ( assumably twit follower ) and 2019 2nd instead Nylander

I give you a five star rating for these trades. Peoples from Toronto are excited about this trade and Montréal gets a real good value for Petry. I would like to hear what tha Anaheim people think about it.

I like the Leafs Trade. However, Ritchie wont get nearly what Kase just got.
