I like it except I would put Peca with Lehkonen and Hudon. Let the speed and skill shine...Hudon and Lehkonen won't do anything with Plekanec in terms of offense.

I hear that. I was debating that line as well.

I think I would prefer to see Domi tried at centre, with Pacioretty and Scherbak/Gallagher/Byron on the RW. If the Drouin experiment has to continue, put him with Lehkonen and Hudon. Whoever isn't with Drouin goes to LW with Danault with Armia. Pleks plays with Peca and JLDR on the shut down.

Domi-Drouin(woof)-Armia = Domi and Drouin play the skilled game, while Armia can be the net front/slot guy
Max-Danult-Gallagher= play well with each other
Lehkonen-Peca/plek-Scherbek= this line scares me, but give them a change to play I guess
then any combo of de la rose, Deslauriers, Hudon(he can be your swing guy and play anywhere as needed, Plek/peca.

Problem right now with the Habs is the number of players they have that are waiver eligible. A guy like Kotkaniemi might force the hands of the coaches to play 9 games based on training camp. Camp will tell a lot if they risk losing a player to waivers based on the play of others or if they take a more cautious approach. Their bottom 6 are just that, bottom six players, but at a point where the org doesn't want to lose them for nothing. Same with Scherbak.

I likr yout line up, except I wohld swap pleky and peca. I liked the way JDLR finished last year. Maybe he can takr out peca at the training camp
