You just gave Melnyk a Heart-Attack. And I'm sure that Brown or Batherson could fit the 2C role by 2019-2020, no team with Pageau as their 2C is contender.

Money-wise it makes sense, but unless Melnyk sells, I don't think the players want to be there.

Not sure what kind of breakout season you are expecting from Wolanin to pay him $2M... Also not sure why you would bury Condon and bring up Gustavsson instead of letting him play a lot of games in the AHL.

Other than that, I agree with you on the UFAs... PAY THEM AND SENS MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO SHOW LOYALTY!

karlsson said he doesn't want to sign in Canada.....so kind of a non starter.

It's pretty darn clear that Stone doesn't want to be there.

Duchene might stay.
