Description
Before you sound off in the comments just take into account that I'm well aware at how unlikely this is to unfold ???

Anyways into the interesting stuff.

Could end up with 4(!) 1st Rounder if TBL wins Cup
Assuming 1OA:
1: Hughes
20+: Nolan Foote
20+: Nils Hoglander
31: Xavier Parent

Could also use picks and prospects to acquire assets! Very good situation to be in with an overstocked cupboard.

Defense is very young and the prospect pool is VERY deep. Wonder who is in and who is out when guys like Day, Keane. Lundkvist, Miller, Ragnarsson, and Crawley are ready to make the next step. Gotta imagine NYR do NOT re-sign Shatty after his next two years are up unless he really takes off as the guy back there.

Forward core is BEAUTIFUL! Obviously is 2-3 steps backwards if we do not get Jack Hughes(Although I'd be humble with Newhook or Turcotte, Kakko is good, but I'd LOVE a Center tbh). But if we do have some divine intervention get us Jack Hughes than we are in business!

Build around Hughes, Chytil, Kravstov, Andersson, Howden/Zib, Panarin, and Buch(That's a lot of guys, but those are the ones that you put players around, guys like Kreids, Vesey, Zib(BIG MAYBE), Lettieri, etc).
Defense built around Skjei, Trouba, Miller, and Hajek.
Goalie of the future is Shesty, and he will make a great heir to Hank.

I feel if all of this happens the NYR could be in for a potential dynasty run assuming all youngin's pan out.

I see this in say 2022(?)

Panarin-Hughes-Buch
Kravstov-Zib-Chytil
Andersson-Howden-???/Hoglander/Foote
???-???-Fast(?)

Skjei-Trouba
Hajek-Pionk
Miller-Day/Lindgren/Keane/Lundkvist/Parent/???

Shesty
Old man Hank or ???

    Traded @ 2019 TDL for a 1st Round Pick + a prospect maybe
    ANA
    1. Namestnikov, Vladislav
    Additional Details:
Trade em while the value is high. Guy could be a complement 1st liner, a solid second liner, or run a third line. Does all things special teams. Overall great utility guy. NYR maximize his value at 2019 TDL so open up some of that $$$ for the 2019 FA class
    2.
    NYR
      Jacob Trouba
      WPG
        Kevin Hayes(Signs 5x$5.5 Deal)
        2019 2nd Round Pick

Maybe another depth pick or D/C level prospect here
        3.
        NYR
Similar to Namestnikov, Rangers send Spoons to a contender for a 1st + (?). Spoons is way better offensively than Names, but is not much of a defensive player(but is by no means a liability) Spoons can a the setup guy on a team top line, the guy on a second line, or straight up run a third line. Great PP player with his puck movement and shot.

Very thorough and well thought out, my friend. (Lundqvist will probably be already retired by the start of the 2022-23 season, by the way)

jets are in a win mode, why would they trade trouba for a hayes. jets don't want hayes for five years, i'm sure the rangers don't either
who would offer a first for names. he has half a good season good.

The Jets would not accept that deal

I agree sell high on names and spooner, flip them for what you can get. I like Hayes alot and I think he could be the base for bringing in a 1st pair dman. Idk about trouba but there are offensively challenged teams out there like la or Carolina who have dmen they can ship out
