no doubt, the days of having 6'5 bruisers that can only go straight is gone.
The game is about Pace, skill, and Hockey IQ. Size very little factor in winning anymore. Obviously there's a thin line between being to small or just smaller. Scout for skill and IQ before and then hope they have size. the last time MTL draft a player because "they needed to get bigger" was......McCarron. how is that draft strategy working out?

Hi Ethan & Herms, please don't get me wrong. This wasn't against small sized players at all. It was more about the concern Montreal has too many small sized forwards in their line-up. These 5'10 players won't compete against 6'5 bruisers but 6'2 pace, skill and hockey IQ rivals. Size matters.
