A Panarin extension will probably cost 8+ per year.

Carlo will be signed for less. 3x3

McAvoy will be signed 8 years @ 6.75 per year

I think you are close on Donato and I'd say a little less for JFK

Also, I like the trade for Panarin. I'd offer either Heinen or Bjork (Columbus gets to pick)

McAvoy and Panarin aren't going to get the same AAV. Go up on Bread and down on Charlie.

McAvoy turned down 7 years at 6.5. He's probably going to wind up getting 8, and that's a fair deal. Agreed that Panarin will probably get 9

Issues here, basically all the contracts.

First, the RFA's.

You sign McAvoy and Carlo to contracts that only buy out one year of UFA status. That's just plan old bad business. Either sign Carlo for 3, and McAvoy for 4, so they're both RFAs after their next deal, or sign them for max term. McAvoy turned down 6.5 for 7 years so I don't see why that deal would get it done. I would hope 8x7 does the trick, but I'm not sure it would. 3x3.5 for Carlo seems fair.

Donato has played a handful of games, and JFK has played one. I don't see the need to rush to give them big raises.

The value is absolutely fine for what you're getting in Panarin, but I'm not sure it's a good fit. I don't think CBJ would have an overwhelming amount of interest in Krug.

McAvoy turned down a very similar deal, I wouldn't be so confident if I were you.

CBJ would not do this trade. They are not going to send picks back in a deal and really does not need Krug unless they could flip him elsewhere.
