Saad will probably be on the first line, Kunitz on the 4th line. Debrincat-Schmaltz-Kane on the second line. Quenneville would be silly to break that up.

These are lines from day one of camp so they're subject to change but this is probably a good guess.

As Nick said, this is not necessarily what I think they should do, but what I think it will be based on what we have seen so far, as Nick mentioned.

Apparently, he was healthy for all those charity games/CPHL games. I just don't understand why he hasn't been moved. He'll be back in 2 months, but still it just doesn't make sense that he's still on the team with all the D in the pipeline.

I hadn’t heard anything on Murph but did find out he’s got a bad back. Seabrook is also out but only for a week or so, I guess. Murphy, like so many last year, had a tough go in his first season as a Blackhawk. I like his size, although that isn’t usually part of Chicago’s game so he could be on the trade block at some point.

Only time will tell, but this line up is going to be in another lottery running for sure.

Yep! Honestly, it is time to move on from Quenneville as well!

Nick, I agree. Not necessarily my changes, but the year ahead with the roster in rl is gonna be ba. I don't know if Q should go. He's still a really good coach. I think it is Bowmna that should go. I've been calling for his head for years so honestly, if they miss the playoffs, get another top 10 pick, and fire Bowman, I wouldn't call the year a complete failure.

A few years ago when Detroit had all kinds of injuries, including lost time for both Datsyuk and Zetterberg, Babcock somehow held the team's focus together and had the Wings qualify for the playoffs. ('13-14 I believe). The Hawks last year with Quenneville? Enough said. Yeah, it takes the GM, HC and the players all to do their respective jobs in order to have any kind of success. For a team unable to win a playoff round since 2015, I'd say it's just about time to move on wherever you can from.

Q is an amazing coach for a team looking to contend. That is not the Blackhawks anymore. Just because he is a good coach does not mean he is the right coach. He needs to go if they really want to "rebuild" as it seems they are. If you are focusing on developing young talent, Q is not the right coach for that. And Bowman should have been gone a long time ago. He only looks somewhat okay because of Mark Kelley.
