Description

Opening day line-up. I think Jensen is absolute garbage and shouldn't be close to making the team. Don't know what Blashill likes about his game he can't stickhandle or shoot. Not the best skater and not a physical player. I guess if you can make a pass sometimes that's good enough for Detroit's d-core these days. It's very sad.

as hard as it is for this group to score goals the defense is sooooo bad as a group. idk what happened to dekeyser who looked decent after 2 years. they are old and slow and if just one of the young d shows up and looks like a future top 4 guy (who was the last one we developed????? anyone know) ill be happy.

Maybe its confidence that plays a huge part that people don't realize. Who knows. Probably Brendan Smith is the only decent d-man. other than Smith, the last regular NHL d-man Detroit has drafted & developed is Ericsson, I'm pretty sure.
