Description
So to start the season. Panarin stays around. I see us having issues this year. A slow start and we look into moving Panarin and putting him somewhere that we can get a decent return. I think we hold bob for atleast 2 more years and see if Elvis is the real deal if he is then i think that’s when Bob is on his way out.

Once free agency rolls around i feel like we might be able to patch the Panarin whole a little by bringing in Mark Stone if he hits free agency & in turn we’d need too look into trying to either unload Dubinsky via buyout or trade or moving foligno. One of those contracts would need to go

What if Tampa wins the cup but Panarin doesn't resign? Two 2020 2nds? Otherwise not a bad trade. Interesting

This is no way in hell CBJ fields a team of 4 players that are 5'8.

I'm sorry, It's just not going to happen.
Ambrov is 5'9-5'8, Attkinson is 5'8. Nope, good luck with that, not going to happen. Not in the Tortz era, nor do I think John would want a trade with TB anyway. He ain't looking to do that team no favors at all.

Okay i don’t think abramov is gonna be ready for a few years. He’s gonna need too learn to bulk his game up a little. He needs too adjust to the pro game.

Also i don’t think it’s doing Tampa a favor. It’s doing us a favor. It’s gettig us a real return for Panarin instead of not much. I feel like that’s a great return for him being that he’s made it known he won’t stay

Abramov is 20 years old, he's not 18, you will see him this year. He's way to talented to sit in the Monsters.

As far as Tampa, that's like saying they should deal with the Penguins. It isn't going to happen. A. bad blood between the coach and the team that fired him, and B. there is no doubt they prefer to trade him out of conference. Looking at west coast, maybe Dallas. If he goes in the east it's to FL or someone who they don't have to play for a cup.

Also your line up here. 5'8, 6'3, 5'8 1st line
5'8, 6'2, 5'8 2nd line

That would be, by far, the smallest first two lines in the WHOLE league. They will get shoved around all over the ice. There is no way in hell, they would do anything even remotely close to that.

IF abramov makes the opening night roster. He won’t be second line. I can almost guarantee it. He will be 3rd at best. Just like Dubois started. He could move up. And i could see him pushing gourde down. Gourde plays a bigger body game than his size so i could see him filling a spot. It has nothing to do with torts bad blood. This is about getting a return that actually benefits us instead of giving Panarin up for pennies on the dollar

I don't know what team you are talking about. Do you even watch the games. PLD was a rookie last year and was the 1C quickly.

Abramov will come in and be the 2LW behind Panarin this year. If they trade Panarin depending what they get he could end up the 1LW.
What they aren't going to do, is play 4 of their top 9 forwards being midget level NHL players. You can put a player or two like that on a team and hide them. But you can't make 1/2 your forwards 5'8 and expect to not get your players killed on the ice. Nor can you expect any kind of checking game. It's NOT going to happen
