In isolation, that's about the right value for Faulk and his minus 66 over the last three years, although I would have thought yet another LW prospect was about the LAST thing you'd want in a trade. But this just complicates the cap room problem the Maple Leafs are facing next year. Things might change by the trade deadline, though -- if Toronto's power play hasn't clicked by then, Faulk might be an appealing quick-fix specialty item.
