Taking two old broken goalies to make one super goalie! Andersson is very similar to Smith hopefully both of them wouldn't go down at the same time. The cap hit hurts but it also provides on more year after Smith of a proven goalie to allow the young guys to develop.

Pickard, MAC or sparks from Tor would be worked out on a mid pick easily.

That Reimer Deal.... add... dump Smith somewhere... new starter. Same with Dub. Calgary is my 2nd team. I would love to see them with some consistent goaltending. Smith has never provided this. His numbers aren’t horrible but his timing is. Would love to see Reimer here, good goalie hard worker and all around great guy to have on the team. Getting him from Florida May be difficult but he would work well to start then transition to back up.

I agree a hundred percent, I think that Smith will play out his contract here but if you bring in a guy like Dub or Reimer it pushes him to be better or find himself on the bench.

Pickard before McElhinney. McElhinney was the backup to Kiprusoff and was horrendous please never come back to Calgary hahaha
