Amendment: Beginning in February, all NTC and m-NTC will be voided entirely. NMC will remain solely for the purpose of the expansion draft: players with NMC can be moved freely but must be protected per expansion draft rules.

The salary cap for the 2019-20 GM Game season will be set at $83,000,000.
The floor will be set at $61,400,000 (this was calculated using the same ratio of the real life cap to floor).

"A list of all players who have NTCs and NMCs and how many times they have been moved previously" has been changed to "A list of all players with NMCs, including NTC-NMCs" as a required component of team descriptions.

Due to the expansion draft, the off-season trade limit will be increased from 12 trades to 16 trades.

The Quebec expansion team will not have any trade limit for the off-season.

The off-season is considered to start as soon as the playoff trade freeze is over and go until August 31st.

RFA Rules Added:

All teams will have the opportunity to re-sign two RFAs each between April 1st and April 9th. There will be another chance to re-sign RFAs in June. Teams do not need to choose the two player that they want to sign at the beginning of negotiations, if negotiations for one player do not work out, they may change to another.

For all RFA signings normal RFA rules including qualifying offers apply.
