Matthews is going to sign for 12M+. Why could Carolina want to take on that Horton contract? They also just signed Pesce who is proving to be a top pairing dman, this trade wont get you him without adding more.

69 + 63 + "95" doesnt fetch you 12M+....as Random said 11M is his max....with those points it should be 9M, but being "hyped" by ppl he will crop 2M on the top of that
