Salary Cap Mode: Basic
Trades
1.
MTL
  1. Konecny, Travis
  2. Lehterä, Jori
  3. Sanheim, Travis
  4. Weise, Dale
  5. 2019 3rd round pick (PHI)
Additional Details:
-MTL takes Weise's buried contract as a Cap Dump by PHI
(Weise was great here and would be a good AHL mentor/call up )

-Conditional 3rd if Danault plays 50% of the games and wins ECF MTL gets a 2nd and a 1st (31st pick) if PHI wins the cup

-MTL takes your coke head's cap hit

all the cap dumped equals the additions taken one to make it work
PHI
  1. Danault, Phillip
  2. Hudon, Charles
  3. Lernout, Brett
  4. Petry, Jeff ($2,250,000 retained)
  5. 2019 2nd round pick (CBJ)
  6. 2019 5th round pick (EDM)
  7. 2020 4th round pick (WPG)
  8. 2021 2nd round pick (MTL)
Additional Details:
MTL retains on Petry and PHI gets a top RD with Term for 3.25m a year cap . (Provorov -Petry,Gostisbhere-Macdonald,Hagg-Gudas )

Conditional 2nd in 2021 becomes a 1st in 2020 if Koenechy plays 55 NHL games in 2020 .(if he becomes a mainstay in MTL PHI gets a bonus is the idea )

Speedy Winger who was pushed out in MTL after playing top 6 a lot of last year and scoring 30 points in his rookie year largely based on his speed / breakout ability and would be a solid wing option for PHI who could use some speed to go with their size

Lernouts affectionately called in Laval the 'Meanest Man On The Ice'.
his hard nose game is perfect for PHI system
2.
MTL
Conditional 5th pick at trade deadline to Any Team for depth.
(if Jerabek can get a 5th ,Benn sure as shit can as he's established )
    3.
    MTL
    1. Kossila, Kalle
    Additional Details:
like Scherbak ,Kossila is on the bubble in ANA
given ANA has Wing issues and MTL likes adding Finnish Players i suggest a straight swap as neither's proven a thing outside AHL and Scherbaks years younger with more potential

Is this serious????? A future 30 goal scoring winger and top 4 Dman and they take in Petry who wouldn’t even be a top pairing DMan, some average players/prospects and taking on some salary dumps. Philly has plenty of cap space he next few years. They don’t need to over pay to dump salaries

thats all well in good if you are going to use them.
Koenecny you're right would be hard for PHI to give up but Sanheim's a victim of a log jam on LD forcing him to play RD if he wants minutes .
why not just acquire a RD ?

if i take out Konecny and take lets say Mathew Strome and Sanheim for the same package minus Danault does that make this deal seem more fair ?

Philly doesn’t need to make this trade. They do not have cap issues this year or next. They will be over 20 million under the cap next year which they will be trying to sign Konecny, Sanheim, Simmonds and Provorov. They do have an excess of LHD but Ghost plays the off side with Provorov. Sanheim right now is Phillys 3rd best DMan and he is a highly valued by Hextall and the front office.
