Kyle Dubas would want Brady Skjei for William Nylander, Your package doesn't cut it.

Toronto holds all the cards here. #3 in the league. #1 in their conference. The addition of Tavares minimizes the impact of Nylander's hold out. I don't see him getting any real offers because the compensation will be to high.
Unless the leafs suddenly tank (not gonna happen) they can sit back and wait him out. I don't know the Cap situation but Toronto has to plan this contract with the long term in mind.
As a NYR fan I don't think NY has any combinations that could be used to acquire Nylander

I don't think that helps either team. Rangers don't really need Nylander, and Leafs don't need that many pieces back. They are now looking for quality not quantity. Only defenseman I think Leafs would be interested in is Skeji? Gergiev would be good if he doesn't have to go through waivers.

Georgiev is probably the best player in the deal for the Leafs....because I haven't him play, and know what the other three can do.

2. DeAngelo
3. Nameistinkov
4. Vesey

That's the order of talent for them. But Geo is their future after Hank, and the other 3 is average so I wouldn't take any of them for Nylander.

This trade does absolutely nothing for Toronto. As far as Geogiev goes he's just a stop gap until the heir apparent, Igor Shesterkin, comes to North America.
I still think the Leafs will wait it out. Nylander isn't going go a whole year without a decent pay check this season. Also if he does or doesn't play in a top league over seas this year i think his value (his contract value) will diminish.
