I don't see AZ buying up an expensive contract like Shattenkirk's, nor do I see Shattenkirk waiving his NMC. He passed up more lucrative offers to be in Manhattan, and that's where he'll play as long as the crowd supports him.

WINNIPEG & NEW YORK RANGERS
Trouba - D for DeAngelo -D
Hayes - C
2020 #3
Winnipeg is fairly deep at center and Hayes is a UFA at the end of this season. Don't know what DeAngelo"s value will be at the end of season. It could be low or high depending on how his season ends. If he ever gets the chance to start regularly (Like soon) who knows. If he doesn't do well Winnipeg won't want him. If he somehow does really good then the Rangers wont trade him. As far as the pick, NY is hoarding them but if they can get a D-man like Trouba they would trade away pick.
Concerning Hayes & Trouba's free agency status I would think both teams would probably want to speak to the players about re-signing them. If Hayes decides to go the UFA route Winnipeg walks away. Trouba being a RFA makes this less an issue for the Rangers. In the end as a NYRs fan I take it in a NY minute

BOSTON & NEW YORK RANGERS
2019 2nd round pick (BOS) for Namestnikov,
I don't believe Boston will be trading many of their picks as they are getting older and their not going to get Namestnikov for just a 2nd rounder. I also think (I'm in the minority) Namestnikov will be in NY past this 2 year contract. Not saying he's untouchable but he's worth a lot more then a late 2nd round pick.
I would't make this trade and I doubt the Bruins & Rangers would either.

ARIZONA & NEW YORK RANGERS

LW - Lawson Crouse FOR D - Shattenkirk,
2019 1st round pick

The NYRs make this trade in a nano-second and at the same moment Arizona's GM is tared & fethered, lynched and has to go into witness protection. Fortunatly for GM John Chayka the chances of this trade happening are close to nill for a multitude of reasons. On the Arizona side the 2019 Draft is STACKED and they are currently tide for LAST PLACE. Haven't you heard the #1 NHL slogen? It goes like this:

“LOOSE FOR HUGHES”

Hell the Rangers are right behind them. Unfortunatly Ranger fans won't put up with a total tank job.
That should answer the unrealality of Arizona's #1 Pick.

As for Lawson Crouse I could see that he's struggled but he's only 21. Why give up on a kid that young? Would he be someone NY might be interested? Probably for the right price. But if im Arizona I keep trying to develop him and up his trade value. Who knows maybe he turns it around and becomes the player FLA drafted #11 Overall in 2015.

As for NY like I said i'd be very happy to make this trade a for many reasons.

1) ARI 2019 #1 Pick! I'd trade my own son for this pick. 2) 21 year old Former #1 pick. Of course I make this trade I've got nothing to loose.
Now here is the biggest reason this deal CAN NOT HAPPEN:
Kevin Shattenkirk has NO MOVEMENT CLAUSES in his contract. Do you think he's going to agree to go from one Re-Building team (his home town team) to another Re-Building team about 2500 miles
away? Doubt it.
NY wouldn't mind trading him. It fits their re-build.

That's “WHY NOT”
