you arent going to get a 2nd round pick for Shaw, he's trash and wont be brining back any sort of value in a trade especially with his contract

i'm 100% certain you would have said that as he was hitting the open market while in CHI so its of little consequence .

besides MTL isnt getting rid of Shaw ,he's Marc Bergavins guy and someone he helped develop that Marc gave up two 2nd round picks for because he's a spark plug who can win 55%+ in the faceoff circle.
he's been everything we've needed him to be and if you took away the cap arguement haters havent got nothing to argue except injuries which mean **** all look at Gallagher out 3 times in 2 years with hand injuries comes back scores 31 goals to shut the doubters up
